Always before when a player gets within 1 piece of equipment to the next power level when you get a prime engram or reward that is not pinnacle, it has been at the higher level. Now, that I am within 1 piece of equipment to get to level 1330, the stuff I get is at the lower level. SUCH BULL CRAP. screwing over players again. Right!

No, primes have never dropped above your light level after reaching soft cap. Primes drop on light level after reaching the seasonal cap. (This season that is 1320) Any primes after that will drop on your light level. The ONLY increases after 1320 are pinnacles.
