The blood in your spit is more scary then it actually is. The spit makes it look like your bleeding more then you actually are. It felt like they removed half my jaw when I woke up. Don't sleep with those things in your mouth. Hopefully they gave you something for the pain. They gave me Hydrocodone and ibuprofen and they instructed me to take 1 and then the other 4 hours later, switching between the two. The worse part was It took me longer then expected to recover from the pain. They also messed up my lip when they did the surgery. So they gave me some stuff to heal it.

Have fun eating only soft foods for 3 days. Sleeping sucks too. I had what was called “supernumerical teeth.” Basically I had extra teeth growing up under my tongue (they were growing from the insides of my gums, right where your tongue rests). When I got my wisdom teeth removed, they also took those ones out. So I was left with 10 stitches in my mouth, 6 of which were under my tongue. This meant that I had to keep my tongue lifted so I didn’t put pressure on the stitches. It kinda sucked ngl

My main question is why people act so weird once they wake up from anesthesia. Of all the times I woken up I could perfectly recall everything. Once when I had a upper endoscopy and the other when I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed.
