30th Anniversary Pack not working PS4

Purchased the Witch Queen + 30th Anniversary Pack but neither reflecting in the purchased section. Tried accessing the extra content but not able to. Rechecked the PS Store, it confirms purchase has already been made.

  • Are you playing on the same account that made the purchase or gamesharing? If you're playing on the same account, then double-check in your Playstation Wallet that the transaction went through fine and was for the $99 before tax package that includes Witch Queen and the 30th Anniversary.     • I have a similar issue, but not quite the same - I purchased Witch Queen+30th Anniversary Pack, and both work/show on PS5, I even started some of the quests there. When I switch over to my PC account through Steam, it shows that I have the quests active from the new update, but it won't let me do anything, and it "requires" me to buy the update through Steam, even though I've already purchased it. Any help would be appreciated - Jsutton913
