Account security is the responsibility of each user. Bungie does not have access to platform accounts and cannot assist with recovering or changing log in details. Security of accounts is done via providing valid log in credentials and Bungie will not circumvent that security requirement. So your two options you have if you wish to continue playing D2: 1. Work with Sony to recover your Playstation account or 2. Create a new Steam account and a new Bungie profile. Also, any items that have been deleted in-game cannot be restored outside of those items that can be re-acquired via Collections.
