PLEASE HELP! Need Cross-Save Deactivated
I have been trying for a while to figure this out, but I have had ZERO luck. I am hoping that someone can help me with this because it has been a JOURNEY.
I Have been unable to authenticate my Steam account so that I can use it with my XBox Cross-Save setup, but for whatever reason, the account will not connect or authenticate. It continues to tell me that the account I am signed into is not the correct account. I have tried everything to figure it out, but now i just want to deactivate the cross-save setup and just start over.
I waited the 90 days, because i bought silver and needed to do so. The issue now is that i cannot deactivate my cross save because I cannot authenticate my steam, which means i cannot deactivate.
Please help Bungie!
I literally just wanna play on PC.

To start troubleshooting this, we need to check that the Steam account you're logging into Destiny 2 with has the same ID number as the one listed on your Bungie account. Please open the Steam app. In the top-right, click your name, and press "Account Details." If it's not Steam ID [b][u]76561198987114822 (leaheyben)[/u][/b] then you're logging into the wrong Steam ID and will need to log into X to play Destiny 2.
