Our records indicate that you may be encountering this issue because your intended Steam account for Cross Save does not match the Steam account currently linked to your Bungie.net profile. To start troubleshooting this, we need to check that the Steam account you're logging into Destiny 2 with has the same ID number as the one listed on your Bungie account.
Please open the Steam app. In the top-right, click your name, and press "Account Details." If it's not Steam ID [b][u]76561198987114822 (leaheyben)[/u][/b] then you're logging into the wrong Steam ID and will need to log into X to play Destiny 2.
