Story arc bungie bungie started but never finished
What are some story arcs you've always wanted bungie to finish?
My top 3:
Arcite & Dahlia's story arc about what makes them unique frames. In lore it was brought up several time in D1 and hinted at in D2, but never finished.
Exo Rasputin story arc. It's been a year since Arrivals and we still haven't seen Exo Rasputin.
Lysander and the Concordat faction. I was hoping that the exile of factions during season of the splicer would lead to the return of lysander and Concordat.

Haven't been able to find much info. I want to imagine Clovis would have some further knowhow to enhance Rasputin abilities, help stick him in his "body" and still allow him to activate his protocols from anywhere, and transfer his AI to backup "bodies".
