I got band for bad connection how do I fix it or is it D2 severs

So, I got a warning for bad connection, and I discovered it was my Vires protection. I did fix it and the game was a lot smoother and rarely disconnects but Battle eye did disconnect twice and once it said my connection. Here is the thing I have a good setup, an ethernet cord, good internet but I got band still. I get that Battle Eye does not count. Couple of questions though, I know I am not good with computers so how do I look or find out if it is my computer? The other question is since of my past disconnection's when does the count restart since I fixed my problem? and if the GAME disconnects again, I do not want to be band for a game that I like. another thing is I don't not leave game/rarely do. And I am not hacking or cheating I like have fun.
