Ever since season of the lost launched i get pretty consistently disconnected from destiny 2. In PVE settings, its not very impactful as the enemies basically stop for 3-5 seconds, then everything catches up again. In PVP settings, it makes the game unplayable. As soon as this nonsense starts, i get a message that it is trying to reconnect me. Almost every time i do get reconnected, for about 3 seconds then it hard kicks me out of the match. This makes survival and trials playlists basically unplayable, especially if i am trying to go flawless as going 7 full matches without disconnecting is not a reality i live in.
I have contacted my service provider, Spectrum, and they have looked into any possible internet hiccups. They have not found any.
I replaced my modem and my router, this do not have any impact.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled destiny several times, including battleye.
I have reviewed the connectivity troubleshooting and taken all steps possible.
In none of the other online games i play do i experience any connection issues (apex, rocket league, etc...)
To be clear, i never experienced this prior to 8/24/2021. Any logical review of this situation would put this issue solely on Bungie, and i would very much appreciate some help from the Bungie team. I would really like to participate in all of the hard work the team has put into trials.

I'm. in the same boat. Things got worse last Saturday in Crucible. But I've experienced this error also during strikes. Yes, I checked everything as well and nothing came up on my side. Everything was fine till now. I have a dedicated fibre-opttic 1Gbit connection and I always use the controller wired (my case it's PS4). I've cleaned my cache as well. My ISP informed me that any incidence of low-latency was not due to any outage of services. There's so much you can do. I hope this situation will subside somehow. I simply feel bad for the teams I was playing with.
