Characters were reset and items gone?
Hey all,
I had three characters from way back when, they were maxed before I stopped playing a couple years ago. When I sign in on Xbox, the characters are still there, but all were reset to lvl 1 with default items and all previous stuff is gone. Any hep on this? Not sure what to do.

You sure you playing on the right/same account….. or maybe confusing D1 with D2?
