Aspect of Interference
Hello, I haven't been able to go to kell's rising. Everytime I track the quest nothing appears on the map. I've tried Abandoning the quest and getting it back at the Quest Archive I still can't go to the area and I still can't see it highlighted on my map. Please help me out
