Emblems redeemed via codes are associated with your Bungie.net Profile not platform accounts, and your profile was only created in 2017 after D2 launched. There is no supported method to recover abandoned profiles at this time.

How do I access my Destiny 1 account? How can I get my promotional emblems and shades restored back to my Destiny 1 account?
-
If the emblem codes are not showing as redeemed in your bungie.net profile that is linked to your d1 account there is nothing that can be done to reissue those emblems
-
This account is my Destiny 1 account or was. What happened to my Destiny 1 information?
-
It's possible that you moved it during the linking process when you linked your steam and psn accounts. Unfortunately if the codes are not in your redeemed history nothing can be done

My Destiny 1 account is on the same PSN ID that I have linked to this account so why can't I see my Destiny 1 account. I still have the used redemption codes from the multiple pins I have purchased from the Bungie Store. I don't understand why all my Destiny 1 information is just gone. I was a member on Bungie.net before 2017 so what happened to my Destiny 1 account information?

Bungie.net only shows Destiny 2 game data now.

Edited by ishikusui: 11/9/2021 3:28:16 PMBungie no longer provides first-party support for Destiny, as it is legacy software. Third-party apps, like Destiny Item Manager, still support access to the original Destiny API to view character data.
