Hey, I'm a PS4 player and I have got the problem with loading players and weapons. When I inspect them, everything is ok, but in the game for example in raids I see almost every player as a blue glow and weapons glowing on their element (solar on orange etc). In crucible the problem doesn't appear. Also sometimes I or any other player shows for a few seconds. The scope is not showing so it's very annoying. Also for example One Thousand Voices projectiles does not explode dealing only minor damage on-hit.
