Chaperone missing after companion app transfer
I used the destiny companion app to transfer my chaperone from the vault to my characters inventory while I was offline. The app gave me the loading symbol for about 30 seconds and then nothing happened. I logged onto destiny yesterday and now my chaperone is nowhere to be found. Not in the vault, my 3 characters or postmaster. I don’t know how to contact bungie to see if they can fix it.

Once unlocked, non-random rolled exotics can be reaquired from the Collections in the menu. Try that.
