PC FPS Issues [Unresolved] MARMOR Crashign Issues [Fixed]

In the past three or so days Ive been having issues with my ingame FPS. I would normally run the max settings and average around 120fps, but right now with those settings I barely max out at 40 fps (except when in a loading screen, where the fps will then return to normal). Ive had to go to the lowest graphic settings and go down resolutions to even get above 60fps, and thats just moving around the tower, the game is near unplayable in any sort of activity where the fps drops below 30. I know several other players who are experiencing the same thing with different PC setups, and with different fps numbers. I have also gone through and double checked various usual suspects like drivers n such, and nothing seems amiss. Any ideas? Edit: Okay so now I cant even load into any activity because my game will just hard crash with a Marmot error. At this point Ive tried every single tip, trick and fix that Ive heard and nothing has helped. I am now literally unable to play the game. Edit 2: 12/11/21 So after performing my second set of Destiny + Nvidia Driver uninstall/clean/reinstall, my game now plays without crashing, although the FPS issues remains.

Try turning OFF all "low latency" settings in the Nvidia Control Panel as well as in the cvars settings file for D2. This has been an issue in other games. BattEye and low latency settings. Improved stability for me in D2. Had 2 Rutabaga errors yesterday. Smooth since turnign them OFF. Hopefully that was the issue for me.
