No, They are only for season pass holders. The weapons will be made available at a later date to buy from the Exotic kiosk.

You want to play a mission. Also when it becomes available in the kiosk you still need the season it’s in to access it. I guarantee you’ve paid for a DLC before because of one thing you liked in it

COPY FROM ANOTHER POST....................I decided to play destiny 2 again after a few years of not playing. I bought the standard edition of beyond light and the current season cause I didn’t see the point in buying the deluxe edition because I wouldn’t be able to play the last seasons. I noticed in order to get the past exotics from the monument to light kiosk from the current expansion I need to purchase the past seasons. Considering I can’t purchase past seasons it takes me to a link to purchase the deluxe edition. If I would’ve known this I would’ve purchased the deluxe edition instead of the regular edition. Is there a way to purchase the deluxe edition for cheaper after you purchased the regular edition? I don’t want to have to drop all the money for content I can’t play just to get access to past exotics. Thanks.........
