Should Bungie make a mobile game for extra D2 loot?

TLDR: Grindy turn based mobile game playing as Eliksni. It'll net you some upgrade and destination materials if you play it enough that carry over to Destiny 2. It'll have ingame monetization so bungie could get some extra D2 cash flow and we can get some more freaking loot when we're away from D2 Background: I've played Destiny for longtime now and I gotta say I think we can all agree planetary and upgrade materials were annoying to start what we have now regarding said grind is better but what I think would make that grind for upgrade materials and planetary materials better is if we were able to do it idly or whenever we're away from the game like on our phones. What I'm proposing is a turn based mobile game where you can raise baby fallen and level up your companion similarly to Pokemon or tomogatchi. The Premise: In this proposed game you'll be able to play different types of activities raise and train your Eliksni companion and net yourself some glimmer legendary shards upgrade and destination materials such as Cores Prisms and even the ever elusive Ascendant shard as well as some ether? Ether is like exp for your fallen the more you gain and are able to feed your companion the stronger they'll become. You'll be able to raise baby fallen but thats not the only way you can get more companions you could also go out and try recruiting some fellow Eliksni into the house of light through recruitment. This would act as a sort of random roll or pull like they have in gotcha games except you'd get a new ally at either their youngest stage or if your lucky a Captain as we Guardians call them. These companions will have random abilities etc it would work like how most of these kind of systems work. You'll also get give those vaulted weapons a little extra time to shine and depending on your fallen level you can equip them with some of your vaulted weapons or weapons you obtain separate from D2 exclusive to this game which like D2 will be awarded in various tiers of game-play as well as armor that increases one stat of your companions. These stats will be the same as D2 you know the drill with those. Your companion can be trained in these stats to increase but ultimately it'll cap depending on their base stats will determine just how high you can raise it. Combat: In this proposed game you'll be taking turns using various abilities your companion will have class and weapon abilities. The way this works is simple weapon abilities will vary depending on your equipped weapon. For example a fusion rifle will have charge reload and fire. Bows would have charge and fire you get the idea I'm leaning towards hear. If your weapon is an auto scout or pulse rifle you'll pretty much just have reload and fire however the weapons get one specific ability unique to it's class of weaponry such as precision shot rapid fire charge and if it's exotic with an alt fire it'll be there. Now class abilities, These will be based of your companions current evolution as well as level an example would be a level 5 Dreg they'll have access to light armor and abilities shock dagger shock grenade they defaultly have a shock pistol thats level is based of your level it'll be one of the in app weapons these weapons will act separate from D2 and will work similar to your vault weapons the main difference is that they can only be equipped by certain classes so you won't see a Dreg carrying rocket launcher but you could see side arms and submachine guns and shotguns on them. Each of the classes will have their own benefits and will be able to evolve to another class. With this in mind here is a combat scenario with a Dreg and 2 Hive Acolytes. Combat Scenario: Dreg: uses shock grenade on Acolyte 1 killing them Acolyte 2: fires their shredder doing 382 dmg breaking Dreg's shield Dreg: uses shock pistol firing 3 shots doing 500 dmg Acolyte 2: fires shredder and misses Dreg: fires shock pistol killing Acolyte 2 Dreg Wins This was combat in its rawest form but you get the idea players will have moves and attack using them now each class will also get an ultimate move which will be either unique depending on your companion or a higher damage version of a previous ability. Activities: The earlier mentioned activities will be fairly similar to what we're use to. Dungeons Strikes Adventures Free Roam Training Each activity offers different loot pools and rewards but also dangers unique to it. As for how severe these dangers are well you're about to find out. Dungeons: a fireteam of companions is required In these you'll face extremely challenging major enemies with no rest in this all out gauntlet of death you'll face high level bosses You'll be able to obtain app related equipment at legendary or exotic level as well as the chance to get an Ascendant Shard or Enhancement Prisms among other upgrade materials. Your fireteam could die and become inactive for 24hours on failure Strikes In Strikes you'll get to camp and rest your fireteam of companions healing them in the field if need be skipping this will yield more rewards you'll face a high level boss with some challenging enemies You'll be able to get some rare and legendary equipment and a very small chance of exotic equipment you can get upgrade modules enhancement cores legendary shards and glimmer as well as more ether and weapons Your fireteam could die and become inactive for an hour Adventures In Adventures you won't need to rest this a long and continuous activity that can scale in difficulty the longer you stay in the field the more loot you'll have a chance at earning. You'll have option to either setup camp or extract ever 5 encounters as it scales the break between rest will go up by 5 this can strain your fireteam so you'll need to be sure they're well fed and well equipped. Rewards will vary from rare to legendary to exotic If your fireteam fails they'll become inactive based of their failure point low level just 10 minutes mid level 30 minutes high level and beyond they'll become inactive for and hour or more depending on how far you go as each tier past highlevel nets another hour on inactive if you lose Free Roam This will work similar to Adventure accept you'll only mainly receive planet materials glimmer uncommon gear and if you're lucky enhancement cores this activity is good for gaining more ether or any other in app materials there are no cons to this activity Training Another no con minigame were the user will tap the screen swipe etc depending on the stat to level The last thing to mention is this Monetization With every free mobile game ofc this will come into play and the premise for it is simple players can spend their own money on the game for cool skins chances at a cool recruitment or bringing their inactive character back into play early by using silver Evolution in this game will also take time so players are also welcome to spend money to make them active again sooner I'm really interested in hearing feedback on this If anyone has any questions or Ideas feel free to let me know Please upvote to help get bungie to see this
