I feel really encouraged to try Trials when my teammates are leaving left and right
Solo queuing is hard enough and having lfg teammates stay for one game and then leaving if we lose one match sucks. I'm just trying to get a few wins and my teammates leaving during a 4-4 really makes me not want to play the gamemode. The fact that they only get a warning and not a more severe penalty is really irritating. To make things worse, getting bagged for being helpless in a 1v3 literally makes me never want to set foot in the gamemode again, even though its leagues better than it used to be. I love how positive and welcoming the pvp community can be for a pve player who just wants to try and get some loot.

Try solo queuing and it's a 2 vs 1 and your team members can't get the kill and they're both attacking his player at the same time. It's also last round. 🤦🏿♂️

Don't mind the t bag. They are harmless, just some animation. It is all in your mind. So don't let it discourage you. Keep going till you meet your objective. 👍

Solo players don’t care. Trials brings out the worst in everyone. Quitting in the solo queue is common. Stacks rule the playlist (which is actually intended). Toxicity is through the roof, both as a tactic to anger the other team to make mistakes more, and players just wanting to bully the lower class. And the meta is dictated by the playlist, which eventually hurts these weapons, abilities, and armor in pvp and pve from nerfs. There’s a reason I don’t play trials.

i have no problem winning 2v3 games even against 3 stacks as long as the other team is mediocre which they are 9 times out of 10 outside of the flawless pool. the new matchmaking is super generous to solo players

I never bag unless I was bagged first, I always play chill but once you get me annoyed or angry I just try and easily steamroll. A bag here and there doesn’t annoy me, shatterdive me every chance you get and you better believe ill start getting annoyed. The solo experience sucks and I feel your pain, your best bet at flawless is getting a team. You can grind for the armor to turn them into ornaments which is what I did and go after regular weapon god rolls

Had someone leave when we we're down 2-0 against a 3 stack of very good players, the most amazing thing happened though, one of the guys from the 3 stack left so that it would be even. We ended up losing but losing 5-3 is much better than 5-0 which is what it would have been.

I feel your pain as a solo player. They dangle all of these pinnacle rewards behind PVP. I like some of the guns I've gotten in Trials, but loathe playing it. I don't touch Destiny for days after a PVP run.

I am a Trials scrub but have enjoyed the chance to play this mode. I have got most of the equipment on offer and most of the armour for three characters, perseverance is the name of the game. There are some real shits out there but ignore them and have fun.

Tried pointing out that the ones leaving are losers that deserves a ban for 24 hrs after purposely leaving, but apparently the fact that I misspelled loser was the only thing they took from my message.. People.. I was at game 5 on my card without having used my mercy on the card. We're down 0-2 when one of my team mates decides to rage quit. We lost 3-5. They weren't that good either, so I think it would have been a close one. It's so frustrating for those you leave behind, so imo a ban should be given to avoid them for queueing for at least 24 hrs. If they disconnect they will receive an error message, so it's defo something they can and should implement. Just have the warning displayed on your way in to a game so that everyone knows Just have a warning in the loading screen stating that if you rage quit, you're locked out for 24 hours

Honestly, the only real solution is to get some people that you want to play with and schedule a time to go in together. I think most of us already knew what matchmaking would turn into for many...a PITA. It's the same with nearly every matchmade activity in this game. Even strikes you see people that AFK and such. Simply put, the more serious/engaged an activity is - the less viable random matchmaking becomes. I agree with you on a penalty for leavers...but I doubt such would do much other than reduce the pool of people to matchmake with. Sadly.

Any LFG that leaves after one match is going to have a hard time. I always give players 3 chances to redeem themselves, I make an excuse to leave after they disappoint me too much. Some players play trials like their life depends on it and they are so god awfully passive. Im the type that rushes for the middle to gain map control and I make quick picks wherever I can. I cant stand that passive play style. Anyway I’m just rambling, I hope you find a team to carry you.

Make a team. Join a clan. Solo queue. But you aren’t going to make people in LFG better behaved. LFG is transactional. People give something to get something, and a lot of them aren’t above acting like asses if they don’t get it right away. If you’re looking to make a serious Lighthouse run? You’ll be happy joint a clan. Good clan mates won’t rage-quit or throw tantrums at the drop of a hat. If you’re just looking to win rounds, build rep, and farm lot? Do yourself a favor and either put together a clan team or solo queue. That way you avoid the more …ahem….[i]toxic[/i] individuals.

Maybe they didn’t leave, maybe they DC’d then the other player left thinking “I can’t believe that guy just bailed!” Because there are still lots of disconnects in trials going on.

Unfortunately that's just how solo qs are. The best thing I can say is to get friends, or just keep trying until you give up. Personally thats all I went through today, until I got 2 friends to join me and things worked out. Keep trying, get the loot and take a break to cool off from time to time so you qont feel too frustrated
