13 artifact unlocks
I had bought Thermoclastic Blooming before the reset, and did not play for like a day, (thermo was disabled at the time) And i happen to now have it, a total of 13, and -1 available. so i thought id just report this. They all work, if you need anything lemme know, but this feels like an exploit

The artifact has always been a bit buggy. The very first season with an artifact, I reset it and didnt spend all the points right away. For some unknown reason when I came back to that character a few days later I had 17 unlocks available, ending up with -5 points to spend. I've never been able to replicate it though so I would hesitate to call it an exploit unless someone knows how to intentionally cause this.
