TL;DR: Got nightingale, followed steps, no fix. Miraculously starts working after I play a different game, then stops working again. Bungie stole my money. I got the error code. Followed the steps: Quit the game Redownload Empty PC/Steam download cache Still didn't work. I read a couple other articles not on bungie.net that I found on google that it might have to do with the UPnP setting in my router. So I check, most other games I play require the same setting, so I test it. No other game requiring UPnP settings to be set the same as Destiny are having issues. I play an entire match in a different PvP FPS, no connection issues. So then I went back and all of a sudden Destiny 2 works! Yay! I get to play with my buddies for a couple hours, sadly then I had to log off to deal with real life, and lo- and behold...back to having issues. Literally nothing has changed on my devices (router or PC) so I'd imagine this issue has to be on Bungie's end, but they dont seem to care even though they are happy to take my money.
