same thing with me and some mates, got 2 flawlesses and neither one had the shader drop. Also dismantled armour with it on and no drop for it
Edit: I can see the shader in collections now but is unobtainable despite the description saying flawless reward

Same problem here. Had the arms drop with it after flawless. Dismantled it and nothing.
