Just took a trip down memory lane by listening to some of the D1 OST. After jamming to some D1 Vanilla tracks like Tranquility, The Tower, Passage, Excerpt Form the Hope, it reminded me of how amazing and memorable all the soundtracks were. There’s a select few in D2 like The Farm (Bungie should unsunset this track btw) and Deep Stone Lullaby, but mannnn D1 had some amazing tracks! I remember sitting at the D1 character select screen for 15-20 mins chilling to the track Passage. Bungie has brought back a few classic D1 tracks in to D2, but they definitely should bring in a few more. Shoot, they’re bringing back D1 weapons, why not bring back some damn good jams! Can’t believe it’s been 7 years since D1 released. I hope Witch Queen brings some more memorable music. Any D1 vets still around? Sound off!
