How buffs can fix crucible imbalance

Movement is everything in PVP, this is easily provable by looking at how many players main Stompees, Transversive or Dunemarchers. With their dodge ability and the way they jump, Hunters have fundamental movement advantages which is why you so often see full teams of hunters yet rarely, if ever, full teams of Titan and Locks. I have a suggestion as to how to solve this imbalance, not with nerfs, but with buffs, for everyone! Firstly give all Guardians an additional ability each so each would have an evasive ability and a utility ability. Each with a cooldown. Evasive: Hunter - Dodge as normal Titan - Twilight Garrison in air dodge Warlock - Blink sideways on ground or in air but has some disadvantage say the radar goes down for example (I added that more for lore reasons, it could simply be an in air blink) If dodge remains exactly as it is then both locks and Titans evasive ability also.... Breaks tracking, breaks auto aim and has a confusing visual effect as dodge does. Also if hunters get a free melee for dodging near enemies then so do Locks and Titans. Utility: Warlock - Rifts as normal Titan - Barriers as normal but rework rally again, its still terrible. Hunters - A choice of two traps, one that holds guardians in place for a couple of seconds and the other with a wider radius that poisons for a few seconds. The traps will be place able, not throwable and there would be an animation as there is with barrier/rally. They could be almost invisible for say 5 seconds and then gradually more visible until they expire after an amount of time. They are destroyable but would have less health than a barrier being less visible and harder to hit. All deploy animations take the same amount of time. Secondly the jump: Give Locks and Titans a jump which is virtually the same as the hunter jump. Catapult should be like that anyway but isnt and I have never met a Lock who uses anything but Burst Glide. If Hunters want a Floofy jump or a Jet pack they can have one. Finally, even though everyone is being buffed here this could be considered an indirect nerf to hunters so lets fix their weakness as well. Give them better grenades, dont make them one bang as no one elses default nades one bang (shatter maybe??) but improve them in some way, I'm not sure how. I'm a Titan main and have warred in these forums around this issue for seven years, I'm trying to avoid turning this into an argument and have done as best as I am able to look at this objectively and have come up with this trying to keep fairness and balance at the forefront of this suggested change. Constructive criticism is however welcomed.
