There is a soft lock in Shattered Realms: Debris of Dreams that I found in part of the map. You can fall through the map while trying to activate one of the purple thingies and get stuck, unable to get out (see attachment for reference). It allows you to walk on the other side of the wall there but since you cannot double jump you get stuck. Edit: Tags
