Plum | Freezing/Crashing 8.25.2021 After Update

I have noticed a irregular amount of crashing after downloading the recent update for Season 15. I have also seen a large amount of posts on the forums relating to random freezing then crashing and the plum error code which is related to the Battleye anti-cheat software. It took exactly 30 seconds after entering the EDZ for me to freeze and then crash with no error code. I was trying to do my season challenges but it failed. I have been trying to do them all day but no luck. I have tried to play PVP but normally it'll kick me out after giving me the [b]Plum[/b] error code. Hopefully this bug/problem will be fixed. If anyone has some solutions I would appreciate it if you could drop it down below for others to try it.

  • Same problem here, I can't seem to play anything that has other players around me (no tower, playlists, or matchmade activities). I have been able to access the HELM and run Legendary Lost Sectors solo without any problems. I can also access bounties/challenges no problem so it doesn't seem like a connectivity issue but rather something weird happening when other players are around.
