How is this company getting away with constant charges to play the game?
I bought Beyond Light not long ago to be able to keep up with the new content etc. The content available was awful so didn't play again until today, when I updated. Log on to find that I'm expected to give bungie ANOTHER £34.99 just to play the seasons WITHIN the DLC? Is this an actual joke? I've probably spent a good £120/£150 on DLC's and season passes??? But this is just pushing it too far. I think it's time players stop rewarding Bungie for such an awful business model, I can respect DLC's every once in a while but then having to pay extra for the seasons is a straight scam.
If anyone can point out to me any possible way I can get a refund for Beyond Light that would be fantastic. There must be a law against paying for something I can't then use unless I pay again right?

With nobody (Activision) holding them accountable, they will continue to get away with this garbage. Nobody will ever convince me that Activision were the bad guys. BungiEA has and was and still is the problem.

look at fortnite, got to pay 10$ a season. apex. its the Live service model that now adopts Season structure. unfortunately no refund as steam its within the first 14 days and PS well.....ya no refund from them. Did you only buy the standard edition of Beyond Light? If you did, then the seasons don't come with it. As for the refund, you're kinda outta luck considering it's been 8 months. Most platforms like Steam will only grant refunds within 14 days.

You can basically expect to keep paying in a games as a service model.... They need to make new stuff, we run out of things to do. Sounds like you are a late adopter? Maybe don't wait for the content to be a year old to buy?
