Nightingale error code

I started playing the game again recently to join a friend and it was working fine for the first few days after downloading. Now for the past few days I keep getting the nightingale error code along with the text "Failed to download configuration files from Bungie servers, please try again". I've restarted my pc, reinstalled the game, steam file integrity check, deleting files like the .exe and running integrity check, ran the the game with my pc tethered to my phone using mobile data, Nothing I've tried has solved the problem. From what I've seen, this problem has been around for years with no solid solution (If i missed something let me know) and Bungie doesn't seem to care at all.

I've tried everything, but I still get the error code.
