Adept shadow price
Swashbuckler not working on my adept shadow price.

There is the possibility that you have many buffs active at once. D2 can only display a limited amount of them but that does not mean the buff isn't there. Try shooting multiple enemies of the same type and see if the numbers go up. ^If this does not explain it, please make a video of this occuring
