The "Motion Blur", "Chromatic Aberration" and "Film Grain" settings for Video are not being re-applied after the game relaunches. Each time the game launches they are being set to on. You have to manually reset them to off. I am pressing the "Y" button to "Apply" those changes too. All other settings for video and other settings are being retained, just these 3 new ones are not. This is on an Xbox One X, if it matters.
