That chat feature is pretty much the only way to communicate with a large portion of the LFG and IB solos crowd, since most don't (or won't) use mics. So many times my team got wiped because we couldn't let the blueberry know "go left", or "use your super on it", or "don't revive me". Bungie have really been showing their ass lately. #justsaying.
