The CWL mod, heavy handed, does not work for shiver strike. Well...sorta. It works like it says and consumes one stack of charged with light to provide half of your melee energy after casting your melee ability but only for the initial part of the shiver strike lunge. the second half of the ability where titans actually follow through and deliver the punch will completely drain the melee energy back down to zero. I even dashed through a few stasis shards and gained almost 70% melee energy back and it all got drained once the animation concluded with the actual punch.
Hope this helps bring some attention to this bug. I tried to make a severance enclosure falcon punch build but with heavy handed being busted on stasis titan it's not as fun as it could be
