So last week, I was meaning to reset my Trials passage, but I accidentally abandoned the Exotic Cipher quest. I went back to Xur and I couldn't get it back from him. I went to the quest kiosk in the tower and checked all of the abandoned quest tabs and it wasn't in any of them. Now, when I go back to Xur this week, he still doesn't have the quest for me. Am I missing some way to get this quest back or is this a bug? Anyone else have this issue?
