Xur doesn't have the Exotic Cipher quest for me to obtain.
As the title says, I can't grab the quest from Xur.
Currently, I don't have a cipher in my inventory, in my Vault, or in the Post Master.
I've also checked on all of my characters to see if I could pull the quest from the Quest Terminal in the Tower - that holds nothing there for me as well.
Just to be sure, I've also uninstalled/installed the game to see if that would rectify as well for good measure.
It's now been five weeks, and I'm at a loss on why I can't obtain it. He offers it to none of my characters.
I just want to buy Always on Time, pls I just want the quest

3 RepliesHey, If Xur does not have the quest for you, then it's likely you've picked up the quest and abandoned it. Unfortunately, the quest is currently not appearing in the Quest Archive, so the only way to complete it once abandoned is with a different character. If you are unable to pick up the quest with any of your characters, then your best option is to wait for Bungie to change the quest so that it can be retrieved from the kiosk.
