Some Dreaming city bounties fail to complete
Challenge:the shattered (and other objectives requiring you to find Toland) are no longer working. It might only be for Ouroborea, this weeks ascendant challenge, but it has not worked since at least this past reset fixing twilight oath which is when I started grinding.

Edited by DabMan: 7/26/2021 8:57:14 PMI did here somewhere that there was an attempt to fix it (if anyone can confirm this in the past patch notes that would be great) but it didn't work. The bug was first recorded in February.
