Didn't receive things I bought with silver
Yesterday I bought the $30 silver package and bought some weapon and armor ornaments, but haven't received any of them even though it says that they have been purchased in Eververse. I bought the Couturier Hunter package, the Turbo-Kickers St0mp-EE5 ornament, the Peacebringer ornament for the Deathbringer, the Blued Steel ornament for the Shards of Galanor, the Shocking Entrance transmat effect, and the Victory over the Vault bundle. How do I fix this.

check your consumables tab (middle one) of your inventory for a package you need to 'unlock'.

did you checked your consumable inventory for wrapped items? once you buy from the store they go to your inventory as a package that you can either refund or open.
