I want to start by saying that it is well deserved to find, complete, and use an exotic catalyst and my ask is not to belittle such an action. My request is that I do not have the time or capability to acquire and complete certain catalysts that I would like to use for PVP. I’m a father of three and work 50+ hours a week and have a few hours a week to play with my Uncle who also works 50+ hours a week. Items like the Rat King can be my favorite Exotic but now I’m being punished for not being able to choose between 2 hours of crucible with my Uncle or two ours of “maybe” getting the catalyst and then forcing him to kill 1,000 enemies with me for a gun He would never use. Can I at least buy the catalyst and then find a clan to help me complete it? Even a response of “No, you’re crazy” I would understand. Please see my account and see that I have supported Bungie A Lot with my purchases and game behavior. I’m just asking for a little help.
