So far I’ve tried to redeem 3 trials engrams from saint-14 and each time I put in the tokens and leveled up to receive a trials engram I try to collect the engram and it just disappears and I get absolutely nothing, I even tried restarting my game and collecting it but it isn’t there. this is also the third engram this has happened to in a row. Please help me, this is my first time actually doing trials in D2 and I barely get any rewards from it…
