The "Motion Blur", "Chromatic Aberration" and "Film Grain" settings for Video are not being re-applied after the game relaunches. Each time the game launches they are being set to on. You have to manually reset them to off. All other settings for video and other settings are being retained, just these 3 new ones are not.
