About the Exotic Rework

Here are a few exotics in my personal opinion needs a huge rework: Every Exotic Catalyst from Year One needs to be brought up to date with the crucible kill trackers and the new perks. Exotic Guns like Sweet Business could do for some stat boosts possibly Stability and Hip Fire Grip to allow for that Spray and Pray action. Sturms Catalyst should work with every weapon not just Drang because of Drang (Baroque) and its random rolls being sunset. Vigilance Wing could do for a counterbalance stock like recoil direction buff. Hard Light's Catalyst should buff range and give it a Borealis-like effect allowing Hard Light to be better in PvE. Polaris Lance should need fewer rounds to active perfect 5th. Skyburners oath: Better Aim Assist for hipfired slugs and faster projectile speed for ads projectiles, add a perk that allows Skyburners to tear through shields in PvE just like Bastion except this only works on Cabal. Even Better Knockback for Tractor Cannon and allow Tractor Cannon to spawn orbs of power on suppressed enemy kills. Make DARCI an Energy Weapon or allow it to double body. Do not give prospector a magazine size, just have it go off of reserves, so guardians can dump all their heavy ammo and unleash it at once. Sleeper Deserves a higher impact shot in return of Dornroschen's Richoche to be removed. Our Poor Old Whisper Of The Worm Deserves a better ammo reserve and more precision damage to each shot. Now to Post Forsaken, Malfesence for the first end, 4 shots to activate the slugs instead of 5 allowing for ease of use and slugs do extra damage against bosses and majors. Cerberus+1's Catalyst needs to do more damage to the body and have a tighter spread almost to the point of being a slug, if all 4 bullets hit the head thats a 1 tap kill in crucible. Wish Ender deserve's its glitch back, or atleast allow it to do double the damage of normal. Ace of Spades deserves to keep memonto mori when you switch to another weapon and switch back, also buff its Firefly perk compared to the VOG versions of firefly. Outbreak Prime deserves its catalyst back just like Whisper but it also deserves more nanites per kill and per damage. Big Bad Juju needs better recoil direction and a precision damage buff (same goes to Outbreak). Increase Lumina's Healing Properties and Damage Buff. Remove that awful flash on traveler's chosen. Witherhoard's pools should generate more pools and last longer depending on how many people die in them. Please let timeslip for No Time To Explain go to 9 stacks instead of 10, feels odd on a 3 round burst pulse to have to shoot 3 and a 1/3 of a burst to activate its perk at best. Wavesplitter has been done dirty for a long time, allow it to always have the orb of light perk active. Release the Wolves on Lord of Wolves needs to have better accuracy and less spread again, prenerf. Jotunn is just... Jotunn. Yes. Le Monarch's poison arrows should always be active even if it isnt a perfect draw just the spreading of poison should be a perfect draw on the head or body and also have a dragonfly effect on precision hit so it deals like 50 damage to surrounding guardians plus the poison. Symmetry needs better recoil and more stability. Devil's Ruins catalyst has been a long time in the making, catalyst should increase the rate of fire of Devils Ruin and give Devils Ruin a slightly longer laser time. Allow the laser to increase damage against bosses and majors. Cloudstrike deserves Quickdraw, Snapshot and Triple Tap combined into a single perk call Raijin's Fury: Increased Handling, Aim down sights speed, and gives back a round on three consecutive precision hits. Tommy's Matchbook should be dealing less burn damage to the user. Fourth Horseman more damage to bosses and majors. Reverse the Ruinous Effigy relic nerf, that really just made the slim amount of user's for the trace rifle sad. Duality increased hipfire accuarcy, possibly add hipfire grip. Two Tailed Fox needs to suppress and burn enemies, not just a slight burn I mean dragon's breath burn. Queenbreaker's aim assist needs to be bumped back up. Thunderlord needs a stability and lightning damage buff. Leviathan's Breathe needs more damage in PVE against Bosses and Major's and a faster handling and reload speed. Salvations Grip, the weapon we only use for the story then vault again, needs bigger crystals and its crystals need to do more damage compared to the stasis subclass. Thats just me throwin some ideas on the table for you guys back at Bungie, hope one of those idea's sparks something for yall, have fun. -Senju
