My characters were deleted!?!
Hey, Can this please get the attention of Bungie? My best friend’s characters were deleted today while he was at work today, is there anyway his account can be restored to a few hours ago or something? Please someone contact me or him, his bungie.net profile is uDaze

The only way for characters to be deleted is by accessing the account and deleting them manually. Your friend should change their password and enable 2FA. The characters and gear are gone. Bungie will not restore anything.
