Mine are dropping at 1310, which is my light level. Not really a pinnacle reward at all. But then there’s also all the legendary gear which drops two to three light levels below my character. WTF?

Same here. I just cashed mine in and it dropped @1310 :( Text inaccurate like with DSC reward stating Pinnacle?
