[BNG] Season of the Splicer: Crash at Sign On
We are currently tracking an issue where Destiny 2 is crashing for players when signing in. We are seeking additional information to aid in our investigation.
1. What platform are you currently playing on?
2. When are you hitting this crash?
3. How many friends do you have online [b]currently playing Destiny 2[/b] when experiencing these crashes?
Please ensure your Destiny account is linked to your Bungie.net account, as this provides key information for our investigation.

It reverts back to the splash screen to start all over. 3: 2 friends that I know of This is also effecting party functionality due to the amount of resource it is trying to pull to sign in. I believe it is pulling such a high amount of resources at the signing in portion the service being used is crashing and looping. Other applications can’t function properly due to this Troubleshooting steps taken: Restarted and ran diagnostics on modem Restarted PS4 Tried to only have one application running Confirmed network status was good on PS4

Tried reinstall still happening. 3. 3 Game was working fine when I went to bed last night and now crashing after getting home from work. Edit 6/3 So I tried playing on a different psn id last night and it worked just fine got thru most of the new light campaign. This was on the same ps5 that's crashing right after character select on my main id.ID. Edit 2 So I tried that character again today now crashing exactly like main id. Can log in select character then hard crash in director

Don't know if this qualifies but I can't hardly play longer than 5 minutes without a "weasel" boot back to the sign in screen. I'm on Xbox One and I've tried everything when I searched the weasel code. I'm on a wired connection, I've restarted the Destiny app, I've hard reset my console and nothing has worked. I could be in the middle of an Override or strike or collecting bounties in the Tower and I still get booted.

Because of the beagle error i can't log in to destiny ps5 for 5 days now as soon as destiny loads it begins a install stops at 99% then says unreadable game content full reinstall required which I've done 5 times already that takes hours to reinstall yet the problem still there... totally unacceptable

2 RepliesPlaying the PS5 version of the game and it is crashing shortly after I select a character and sign in. No error codes are given. The app crashes and I am asked to submit an error report every time. This has been happening for the last 3 weeks or so. Please address this as soon as you can. It is highly frustrating.

PS5. Every time I log on I need to wait 5 minutes before pressing x to play, and another 5 minutes before selecting my character. Still happens, three weeks later.

I get application error message and destiny freezes. error CE-108255-1 . I tried reinstalling, clearing cache, re building data base, transfer to an external ssd and back still have the issue. Only happens with this game.

PS4 Try to login and I get a message that says "Destiny servers are not available. Ignore this message and try again" And all my friends are logged in

For those experiencing a crash right after character select on PS5, try this: wait at the character select screen for about 30 seconds before selecting your charcter. If I do this I have no issues. If I select a character immediately it'll load the game and then I get about 15-20 seconds of gameplay before a crash with the general PS5 error code. The problem seems to stem from selecting a character too early.
