Crucible metallic Shader is it still obtainable in 2021 ?

I have been farming for quite some time now, i read some old thread on how its still obtainable but was i just misinformed? because of patch differences and loot rotations etc

SOVED!!! I dismantled an a pulse rifle with the shader in it!! it was from umbral engram too gained from mayhem playlist
