Last smuggler compartment not activating
The final data pad in the presage mission is not activating for me. I’ve activated all the other data pads and for some reason the final one isn’t working.

You're only on 11/12 for Bound in Memory, which is what determines which of the caches you can open. You'll need one more completion next week to get the last entry, and you should be able to open the final one within the same run.
