New Gambit Maps and PVP Maps Desperately needed
Bungie I am really tired of playing the same maps for Gambit I been playing since 2018. The same with PVP please start shaking things up and making things fresh in these modes. These game modes are very boring now playing the same maps over and over again. Gambit alone needs about 5 new maps to keep things fresh the same with PVP

I agree with you. But it won't happen. They want tight pvp maps because it benefits the movement. If the maps were bigger it would just be a big gay snipe fest.

Gambit desperately needs a Europa map and one in the style of the prophecy dungeon. Crucible as well. Also, if possible a VOG themed pvp map as wel.

Gambit is so heavily abandoned by the devs its probably time to just pull the plug on it. It was an interesting experiment but they clearly dont care enough to actuslly get it into any kind of state worth playing. Might as well jettison it and focus on making the core game better

Destiny developers are lazy and honestly I don't get the impression they care. Why go to effort of making maps and content, when they can make a cheap ass Chinese made baby fallen plush and milk the die hard community🤷♂️

10 RepliesI wish this game would add a halo style pvp mode And CFT And big team battle Anyone else remember that halo reach mode that had 4 team of 3 players? I loved that mode. I wish destiny had a mode similar, maybe even tie it into the 3 factions. Destiny should have one of the best FPS shooters on the market. Not many FPS play like destiny

Yup. It is beyond SAD that no new PVP maps have been added in 500+ days. The game modes kinda suck too. Why try some COD style game modes that rotate weekly. Add some new Gambit maps too. What are they waiting for? They don't have to be master pieces.

This is need badly. Took a year off from destiny. So I don’t really understand why all this maps where taken out. And it seems like they only added one new pvp map and no gambit. Am I missing something.

Gambit needs more than a few maps. The problem of heavy ammo needs sorting and matchmaking as well. PvP is the same just not maps but servers, Quickplay freelance SBMM mode for average players to actually enjoy PvP again

3 RepliesMaps are needed badly in both modes. Vanguard needs an influx of strikes too. All of it is like driving around the same block in your own neighborhood for hours on end. You can tell they are in a bad way right now. Bringing back D1 weapons and re issuing others as seasonal offerings. There are new things, but theres a lot more that's recycled.

Both modes are free content. Ever since the game became “f2p” it stopped giving bungie a reason to support these modes so we’ll most likelihood see no additions unfortunately.

I mostly played Gambit prime (when they had 2 gambit modes) which just had the same 4 maps that we have now and I absolutely agree that gambit really needs new maps,Just having 4 is really boring especially if you have the same one 3 times in a row.As for pvp if Bungie don't want to add new maps(which is the better option) then atleast reskin some more D1 maps like they did with Distant shore which has a Nessus setting when in D1 it was called Shores of time with a Venus setting.I can't remember the names(not the Black shield one) but there are 2 D1 mars maps that I think would be cool with a Europa setting in D2.
