le monarque catalyst ,come on, it would be very cool :)
Edit: Although i do think that ,in the right hands, le monarque is very good (as i do use it quite often) i don’t want a catalyst that gives it a damage buff cus that’d be kinda crazy.
What i think the catalyst could do is maybe it extends the time of when the arrow becomes poisonous ,after a full draw of the arrow, to maybe like 3 or 4 seconds compared to around 1 (what it is now) or alternatively quickdraw or something like that :)

Poisonous Void: Dying by when poised causes poisonous aoe damage that poises.

Those would absolutely break the weapon and it would get nerfed. Prevent that by giving it something that would actually make it handle better. Leave the buffing catalysts for weapons that actually need them, like Skyburner's Oath (absolute waste of an exotic). All exotics should have a kill tracker, make catalysts for the strongest of them only be a normal perk/mod as the catalyst, otherwise it would make them too powerful.

The fact that u can hold the poison only for a second is what's keeping it in check right now. If anything they should give quickdraw and quick access sling on it.

I think a catalyst that makes it go through targets could be interesting. Not OP, but useful in certain circumstances.

I’m not sure it needs anything, it’s pretty powerful and just the fact it would create orbs would be great. Maybe hip fire grip, slightly bigger poison radius (nothing too drastic), increased damage to foes affected by poison.

A modified version of Archer's Tempo that extends the time of a perfect draw (obviously this would need to have a cap to prevent it from becoming absurdly broken - I'm thinking 3 seconds at most), but missing a precision shot completely removes the buff. The AoE of the poison is increased where enemies that die to the poison leave behind a pool / cloud (similar to Witherhoard but definitely not as long lasting) and will debuff enemies not already afflicted with the poison. Basically take what it does currently and makes it slightly more deadlier.

I'd just say Quickdraw or something. I always love the bow handcannon combo, and quickdraw handcannon with opening shot+quickdraw bow is nasty
