My clanmate and I have been doing the presage scannables for the secret triumph at the same time through the last couple weeks. This was our third of three weeks, and while going through and collecting the scannables for it, I was collecting the datapads since bungie had unlocked them. Well, I was noticing that I was unable to scan the third set of items for the triumph, "All The Scattered Pieces," but my friend was, and I was getting the voice lines from the characters at the same time. Once the mission was done my friend had received the triumph, collected for the ghost, and received his Chosen title, and I had not. I ran back through it multiple times. Checked scannables from the other two sets and was unable to scan them. I have the two triumphs for the first two sets as well. I was hoping to get the title and purchase the medal through the bungie store, but it looks like I will be unable to. Especially since they do not seem to have a dedicated help line. I was hoping someone may have some ability or knowledge about this that may assist me in figuring out the issues. All I can think of is that picking up the four datapads I grabbed caused a glitch and froze me for the week. Please help. Thank you so much.
