My friend got banned without ever playing the game before...
Pikachugameing(on steam) never logged in before and it said his account was permabanned, he bought all of the DLCs and never got to even play..., he sent an email for a complaint and got no response. How do we fix this???

Just for your and your friends info Bans can occur even if your friend had cheat programs meant for other games detected on their machine, even if those programs are merely running in the background and not physically open. (obviously not sure if this is the reasoning in your friends case but could be a cause)

Your buddy has 2 days worth of gameplay back in Dec before they got banned. Maybe they forgot to tell you about their old banned account when they started the new one? Ban evasion...not a good look

Your friend can file an appeal. If it was done in error it will be overturned. If they do not here back after a few business days, it was deemed to be a proper ban.
