Might test out both a honey and a sugar based mix tomorrow and see which one is the better one for a base for future taste tests.
I feel like a brown sugar and anise combination will hit the spot with some raisins, wonder how much dried anise costs.
Well I'll keep you updated.
Currently I still have a sugar based bottle in the fridge ready, and fridge fermented over a house temperature any day.
