How does reporting plays work when they use paid services like Perfectaim???
Is there anything that can be done about these paid hack services to bring them down. Over the past 6 months I've seen more and more services offered all while bungie shuts down one company for providing while others still exists? Why aren't they able to stop it completely?

You can’t stop hackers. If Bungie takes down one website three more come up. What Bungie needs to do is make the game unappealing to hackers and cheaters. Paywalls, authentication, etc. These type of things are what really hurts cheaters and hackers.
